Do you accept camera-ready artwork?
Yes, we accept separated film and camera-ready artwork. Photocopies and pre-printed materials not used due to the quality of the artwork to be scanned.
What media is utilized for transferring data to you?
We can accept your files via floppy disk, Zip disk, (IBM only), CD, and email depending on the file size.
How long does it take to develop a gift card paper proof?
Once our Innovative Graphics Team has received acceptable artwork a proof will be created and distributed within 2-3 business days.
Can I order a larger quantity of cards in order to get a price break and have them stored until needed?
Yes, our card manufacturer has the capability of storing those cards and sending them to you on an "as needed" basis.
What is the minimum number of gift cards I can order?
An initial order of 500 for custom designs is required to start the program, however Innovative can perform a smaller run on a case-by-case basis (very generic card).
What is the time frame for receiving my completed gift card order?
Once the proof has been approved and signed, production will take 10-14 business days from the date the final proof was received from the printer.
